Whiles LANDSHARES GLOBAL LIMITED also have AFRIC GARDEN CITIES (Deideman, Deideman Extension, Oboadaka, Fotobi, Awutu Breku, Awutu Esuman, and FARMSMAP ESTATE, Dago Mentukwa, all in GHANA.

- This is lump sum investment and not installmental base. For example; if you invest any amount today, you cannot add up tomorrow or even next month because, each investment has a period of either 6 months or 12 months. - That if any dispute arises out of this investment /contract between the company and the customer / investors, same shall first be subject to arbitration procedures and if any part is dissatisfied with the outcome of the arbitration procedures, such party shall be at liberty to take further action in relevant court of law.
