Whiles LANDSHARES GLOBAL LIMITED also have AFRIC GARDEN CITIES (Deideman, Deideman Extension, Oboadaka, Fotobi, Awutu Breku, Awutu Esuman, and FARMSMAP ESTATE, Dago Mentukwa, all in GHANA.

1. This is lump sum investment and not installmental base. For example; if you invest any amount today, you cannot add up tomorrow or even next month because, each investment has a period of either 6 months or 12 months. 2. There shall be no premature termination. In the event of emergency which necessitate premature termination, you will lose all your benefits and even pay a penalty of 20% except the investment tenure is almost close, you may not pay the penalty but you loose the benefits.

4. Even though, you can convert your investment into any of our products and services, you need to send a letter of request to that effects.
5. All payments should be done through any of our payment gateways on the brochure or on the form. As the company will not be liable for any loss incurred using unauthorized payment gateways.
6. That if any dispute arises out of this investment /contract between the company and the customer / investors, same shall first be subject to arbitration procedures and if any part is dissatisfied with the outcome of the arbitration procedures, such party shall be at liberty to take further action in relevant court of law.
