We have 4 levels of participation or engagement

LEVEL 1 REFERRER
Anyone that wants to take advantage or leverage on our platform with our products and services to create additional source of
income for him or herself.
REQUIREMENT
- Registration is free.
- Complete our Realtors’ registration form providing your personal details either online or hard copy.
- You can choose to upgrade to the Ambassador level.

LEVEL 1 REFERRER

LEVEL 2 AMBASSADOR
This is for anyone who wants to fully participate in both selling of our products and services and also to recruit people into the business.
REQUIREMENT
Registration is free but you must activate your account by either subscribing for our product or make a sale.
Complete our realtors’ registration form providing
your personal details.
REQUIREMENT
- You earn 15% commission for every direct deal you close.
- You earn 5% commission when your direct Referrer close a deal.
- You earn 5% commission from your direct Ambassador.
- You earn 10% commission when your down-line subscribes.
- You are entitled to additional rewards/incentives based
on your productivity. - You are entitled to 15% additional discount whenever you buy land for yourself.
- You also stand the chance to qualify to the level of Gold Ambassador when you meet the conditions.
LEVEL 2 AMBASSADOR
This is for anyone who wants to fully participate in both selling of our products and services and also to recruit people into the business.

This is for anyone who has attained the level of an
ambassador through productivity.
REQUIREMENT
You qualify as a Gold Ambassador After:
- You must have sold 10 plots of land directly in any of our estate locations or 5 acres in any of our Farmland.
- You must have recruited 20 Ambassadors directly, and five of them must have sold at least a plot each, including yourself.
- You must develop leadership skills that enables you to
represent the company well.
REWARD/INCENTIVES
- You earn 20% commission for every direct deal you close.
- You earn 10% commission when your Referrer closes a deal.
- You earn 5% commission when your direct ambassador
closes a deal. - You earn 10% commission when people under you subscribe.
- You earn 5% commission from your first-generation
Ambassador and your 2nd generation Ambassador if their UPLINE MANAGERS are yet to QUALIFY. - You are entitled to additional 20% whenever you buy land from the company directly for yourself.
- You are entitled to additional rewards / incentives based
on your productivity and you can also quality to be a Diamond Ambassador.
LEVEL 3 GOLD AMBASSADOR
This is for anyone who has attained the level of an
ambassador through productivity.
REQUIREMENT
You qualify as a Gold Ambassador After:
- You must have sold 10 plots of land directly in any of our estate locations or 5 acres in any of our Farmland.
- You must have recruited 20 Ambassadors directly, and five of them must have sold at least a plot each, including yourself.
- You must develop leadership skills that enables you to
represent the company well.

- You earn 10% commission when your Referrer closes a deal.
- You earn 5% commission when your direct ambassador
closes a deal. - You earn 10% commission when people under you subscribe.
- You earn 5% commission from your first-generation
Ambassador and your 2nd generation Ambassador if their UPLINE MANAGERS are yet to QUALIFY. - You are entitled to additional 20% whenever you buy land from the company directly for yourself.

This is for anyone that has attained the level of Gold
Ambassador through hard work and commitment.
REQUIREMENT
You qualify for the level of DIAMOND Ambassador after:
- You have recruited 100 Ambassadors directly under you and out of which 20 of them must have attained the level of Gold Ambassadors.
- You must develop leadership skills that enables you to
represent the company excellently. - You must position yourself, such that you can facilitate most of the seminars organized by the company.
REWARD/INCENTIVES
- You earn 25% commission for every direct deal you close.
- You earn 15% commission when a Referrer under you
close a deal. - You earn 10% commission from your first generation
Ambassador. - You earn 5% commission from your first generation gold
and second generation Ambassador respectively. - You earn 10% commission when your direct down-line
subscribes. - You are entitled to all rewards/incentives based on
your productivity. - You are entitled to additional 25% discount whenever you buy land directly for yourself.
